The weekly markets at Balga have generously donated a sum of money to the club to help us with the purchase of equipment.
The following message was sent to us by the markets;
We donate to junior sport (and have done so for many years) in an attempt to make it easier for junior sports participants to get involved, and we are pleased to see, that all the clubs we donate to, including Northern Redbacks, do a great job of promoting local junior sport.
The Balga Friday Market operates each Friday at Princess / Wallington Reserve Balga. Sellers admitted from 6.30 am to 12 noon at $15 – Per bay, and buyers from 8am to 12 noon for no cost. Bric a brack, plants, clothing, tools, books, toys, etc are all for sale and morning tea/coffee, light snacks, cool drinks can be purchased.
